In the Blueside Emotional Design collection, considerable attention is given to all those elements that contribute to the proper and emotional tasting of foods and beverages.

These items have the delicate task of enhancing the food or drink and intensifying its flavor characteristics and aesthetic beauty, inspired by essential lines and soft colors.

One of the basic concepts behind the Blueside project is finding the way to enhance the emotions: not just items for the table, but also elements for completing the circle around it. The new creations that will be displayed at Homi 2017 are going to enrich the already important Dining collection.

Echoes, to hold emotions, is a series of fine cloches, designed by the R&D Blueside, made of borosilicate glass ideal to enhance a dish as well as meeting the most creative chef needs in terms of table presentation. The version with hole combined with a smoker can transform food and cocktails in trendy creations. Echoes is highly suitable in the deco sector as it protects and enhances treasured and valuable objects.

Gennaro 4,masterpieces in suspension, designed by the R&D Blueside, is an amazing borosilicate glass ball with little caves where you can place fancy pastry or small finger food appetizers. The delicacies embedded in the transparent glass seem to be suspended in the air thus delivering a colorful contrast to the dishes.

CHICO, designed by Francesco Paretti, is a small turret made of borosilicate glass, space-saving for a vertical row of your delicacies. You can call it an original tapas dish, a macaron box, a fine handmade chocolate dish… a welcome sweet package for hotel rooms.

Today the art of glass blowing is in the hands of just a few craftmen still willing to work with passion and precision to “tame” fire and heat.Shaping glass requires expertise. artistry, combined with remarkable craftsmanship, and steroglass great mechanical, electronic and design skills have made the Blueside project possible.
