Fiat 500 is a prime example: it certainly needs no introduction because since its release has conquered everyone, gem of retro designs with an attentive eye to the future. Thanks to the collaboration with Abarth, as well as in the years ‘ 60, 500’s forms dress up in performance, as well as aesthetics, for a thrilling performance that leads to increasingly bold experimentation. The latest made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show but yesterday, at the Autodrome “Riccardo Paletti” in Varano de’ Melegari, the international press has finally been able to try the new 500 Abarth 695 two-seater. Just 50 years ago was presented the legendary Fiat 695 Abarth, and Abarth pays tribute to it with this new model, which has nothing to do with what we know. Small measures are enhanced by a snappy silhouette, opaque finishes and elegant details like the retro logo. Regarding the noise of the engine, you just have to listen to it. The ideal synthesis between street and race cars, the “translation” of racing in every day motion.
