Curl non nasconde nulla, la sua struttura metallica che avvolge schienale e braccioli lascia apparire anche la seduta. Da allora ha disegnato mobili per numerose aziende francesi e internazionali come ArfA, Ligne Roset, Rodet, RocheBobois, Sif in Francia, habitat a Londra e Pianca in Italia. Durante la sua carriera ha vinto alcuni premi internazionali di design come \u00abYoung &#038; Design\u00bb, a Milano, Good design a Chicago, le etichette VIA in Francia, il premio Reddot in Germania.
