Una scossa di magnitudo 6.0 ha distrutto tantissimi centri abitati togliendo la vita a centinaia di persone. Uno dei centri pi\u00f9 colpiti \u00e8 stato quello di Amatrice, un paese molto legato alla tradizione culinaria romana, poich\u00e9 ha dato il nome a uno dei piatti pi\u00f9 conosciuti al mondo: gli <b>Spaghetti all\u2019Amatriciana<\/b>, una ricetta che oggi rischia di perdere le proprie radici.<\/p>\n<p>Ed \u00e8 per questo motivo che \u00e8 nato<b> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecuttingboardforamatrice.com\/it\/homepage\/\" target=\"\">The Cutting Board For Amatrice<\/a>\u00a0<\/b>un progetto no profit ideato da due creativi romani, Daniele Baglioni e Diego Savalli, che ha l\u2019ambizione di diffondere la cultura culinaria di Amatrice e di dare una mano alla sua ricostruzione.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Cutting Board For Amatrice\u201d \u00e8 un tagliere in legno, di forma circolare, con sopra un\u2019incisione che indica la giusta quantit\u00e0 degli ingredienti necessari per realizzare un vero piatto di Spaghetti all\u2019Amatriciana.<\/p>\n<p>Ma come pu\u00f2 un tagliere aiutare Amatrice? La risposta \u00e8 molto semplice, \u201cThe Cutting Board For Amatrice\u201d potr\u00e0 essere acquistato online sul sito\u00a0<b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thecuttingboardforamatrice.com\/en\/cart\/\" target=\"\">thecuttingboardforamatrice.com<\/a><\/b>\u00a0e tutti i suoi profitti saranno devoluti al Comune di Amatrice.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019evento di lancio si \u00e8 tenuto all\u2019Istituto Europeo di Design di Roma il 15 giugno scorso, con una presentazione ufficiale del progetto e, a seguire, un aperitivo con degustazione ovviamente di Spaghetti all\u2019Amatriciana!<\/p>\n<p>guarda il
