During the Barcelona Design Week ’21, LEUCOS opens at the Boffi | DePadova showroom in Barcelona an exciting collection: the evolution of the JJ family conceived to offer an inspiring range of modern lamps.

From June the 7th to 17th, in the Barcelona headquarter of the Italian company, the JJ will show all the potential of an iconic lamp -designed in 1937 by Jac Jacobsen- the archetype of all task lamps with spring-balanced arms.

In 2021, LEUCOS transform the JJ platform into a scalable system of decorative lamps, introducing a full range of product sizes and several customizable options. Starting from the JJ SMALL lamp, available for table and wall.

JJ GREAT is a large-scale, matte lacquered aluminum floor and pendant version lamp for indoor or outdoor. Available in white, black, amaranth red, mica blue, sablé grey, and rust-brown, custom colors available upon request. Interior of the diffuser is in white lacquer.

The newest size is the JJ BIG, available in the same colours and for outdoor too like the JJ GREAT, with CASAMBI® smart light control.

Another newest size and typology is the JJ BIG Grip, born thanks to the collaboration with ALU company, is an adjustable orientable in all directions lamp. The new JJ BIG Grip allows different applications (table, floor, wall or ceiling) thanks to the included “Super Clamp” (an attachment that allows you to connect the lamp to a wide range of locations with either round and rec- tilinear profiles) and using design accessories such as “Autopole” (extendable floor-ceiling tension column in anodized aluminum) and the “Grip Mount”. In 2009, “Autopole” and “Super Clamp” were chosen by the NY MoMa for their permanent design and architecture collections.
