Communication, for its ability to engage messages, colors, shapes and aesthetics, is often the most refined form of design. When then it is driven by experimentation and the desire to impress, the results are amazing. This way Pepsi Max team has decided to salute the end of 2014, going beyond the passed concept of traditional fireworks to create new and unexpected ones. They did so using 2,014 rat traps and 2,015 ping-pong balls: a perfect static equilibrium, but if just a ball falls on one of the traps a vibrant chain reaction is created, an explosion of colours (obviously the white, red and blue). The sophisticated footage, movement sequences and soundtrack package a result that you can’t help but remain still watching.
