Spring brings along the most important event in the world of design: Milano gets ready for Salone del Mobile, and the big names reconfirm themselves as protagonists of the scene. More than ever Michele De Lucchi, with his articulated reflection on the working environment, designed as a gym to train the mind. The starting point is the changing asset and the constant evolution of the office, place more than others tied to social, economic and cultural changes. Thus was born La Passeggiata, the large installation by De Lucchi which underlines just how important movement is in the office, outlining an environment where the inner and outer landscape have a fundamental role in the creation of ideas and stimuli. Stars of the space are the reception, the kitchen, green corners and comfortable rooms, but above all the protagonist is the path that it takes to get the workstation, much more than the station itself. A path that divides the space into four thematic areas: Club, informal space dedicated to communication; Uomini Liberi, which encourages the exchange of ideas and expertise; Agorà, a place designed to accommodate the most diverse types of meetings; Laboratorio, where the creative process is realized. All four surrounded by green fallow gardens, ideal for the germination of the most fertile seeds.
