Present at the recent edition in Barcelona -the leading European event for hospitality interior design, held from October 21 to 23, 2025- the company was awarded the Interihotel 2025 Award for Best Stand Design. This is not the first time TM Leader Contract has received this recognition at Interihotel: it was previously honoured with the same award in 2021. “Four years later, this new achievement fills us with pride and gratitude — but more importantly, it reaffirms our belief: design has the power to connect, to move, and to transform.”

It is a recognition that validates a philosophy — a way of understanding design as a language that goes beyond aesthetics to reconnect us with what truly matters: the relationship between human beings and nature. Sometimes design doesn’t just catch the eye — it reaches deeper and stirs something within.

“-Symbiosis” was born from a simple yet powerful idea: everything is connected In the conception of the stand, every material, every light, every curve was imagined as part of a living ecosystem. Nothing was accidental. Each element, from textures to silence, was designed to express the quiet harmony of coexistence that we so easily forget in the rush of everyday life.

Symbiosis first debuted at the Salone del Mobile in Milan last April, where it was warmly received for its sensory-driven approach. The concept was created by María Ortega, Creative Manager at TM Leader Contract, who envisioned the stand as a flexible, living structure — one capable of transforming to suit different contexts without losing its essence. Under her direction, Symbiosis became more than an exhibition space: it became a sanctuary where design and nature converge to inspire emotion and awareness.

The intention was not for visitors to see a stand, but to feel a living environment — a space where natural materials, light and shadow, substance and emptiness exist in balance. A place that whispers that design, at its core, is also an act of care.

A stand that captures visitors’ attention and sparks curiosity through a simple yet effective exercise in chromatic and lighting contrast. The jury was impressed because the space cannot be fully grasped at first glance; instead, it invites visitors to step inside and discover what lies within. Once inside, the display, organised in niches along both sides of the central aisle, showcases the product range in an almost museum-like manner, creating an elegant and immersive experience.

At Interihotel, visitors were able to experience the Symbiosis concept alongside a preview of our new collaboration with designer Karim Rashid: the Delirium collection.

The stand stood out thanks to a subtle yet powerful interplay of light and colour. The jury highlighted that the space could not be fully grasped at a single glance — it invited exploration. Inside, a central corridor framed by product-filled niches offered a museum-like journey through our collection, creating an elegant and immersive atmosphere.

Symbiosis is not just a campaign — it is a manifesto for the future of design. It redefines aesthetics and explores a new space where technology and nature intertwine. It is the meeting point between origin and future, material and algorithm, craftsmanship and artificial intelligence. A vision of design as the language of a new era.

The prize, which was presented by jury members Agnès Blanch (ARQUIN-FAD), Pedro Coelho (LCI Barcelona) and Pere Ramon (Barcelona Hotel Association), was won by TM Leader Contract, surpassing two other proposals selected by the jury: the stand designed by Bardo Studio for Buit Valencia and the one by Einteriorismo and Arqdeco Creative Projects for Fama Solutions.
